Oxford Community Energy Co-operative invites interested investors from the Niagara region to join us for an information event in Niagara/Jordan Station on May 29, 2014.

The OCEC directors will be presenting the Gunn's Hill Windfarm project, the investment opportunity, as well as the Co-operative's business plan.

OCEC's offering statement has recently been receipted and we are now selling Class A Preference Shares and/or Bonds to investors from Ontario. In total OCEC seeks to raise $ 9 million in funds (shares and bonds) from investors to achieve an equity participation of 49% in the Gunn's Hill Windfarm Project.
